We are an organic vegan restaurant. We do not serve or use animal products in our meals, including dairy products such as cream or cheese. The cheese used in our dishes is a product of Daiya, and we use soymilk in the place of regular milk. Food is not cooked until you order it, and most of our sauces are made in house , except for our Hoisin sauce, Sriracha sauce, and Soy sauce. We do use various nuts in our smoothies, some of our dishes, and in the almond sauce (served with summer rolls). If you have any food allergies, please tell us.
